Nobel Peace Prize winner and former Lewiston resident Bernard Lown (The Lewiston Sun Journal)

KENNEBUNK and#8212; Elizabeth "Betty" Moore Thompson passed away Friday, Aug. 15, 2008, in Kennebunk. She was born in Arlington, Mass., in 1920, the daughter of Ernest Merrill and Ruth Frost Moore.
