Fort Halifax Dam Removal Raises Tempers (WCSH 6 Portland)

WINSLOW (NEWS CENTER) -- Demolition crews are dismantling the Fort Halifax Dam in Winslow and those who live upstream say it's all wrong. The water level upstream has already dropped 9 feet and is expected to drop 15 more feet in the coming days.
